ORDER PROCESSING
We pack and ship all orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that any orders received after 11:30 a.m. will be processed on the following working day. Our operations and shipping do not take place during weekends or bank holidays. Please allow 3-4 working days for the delivery of your goods.
DAMAGES
All Things Bloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
COFFEE
As we roast all of our coffee to ensure that it's fresh when it gets to you.
We are unable to accept returns on our coffee orders due to their perishable nature.
If you are dissatisfied or if there is a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
We’ll only replace or refund coffee if it’s faulty or damaged.This is subject to assessment by our Roastery team and Head of Coffee, as and when applicable.We will investigate the issue and remedy the situation.
We want you to be completely happy with your order, if the coffee taste isn't to your liking, our coffee team will be more than happy to help you discover other options based on your preferences.
