Through hands-on training and real-world experience, they’re gaining the confidence and support needed to step into meaningful employment and we’re honoured to be part of that journey.

We’re proud to partner with Feel Good to create meaningful opportunities for young people facing barriers to employment. For every coffee sold, a meal is funded for a child in need and ATB helps bridge the gap by offering supportive, feeder employment that opens doors to lasting careers.
Backing Always Bee You’s Mission to Empower Adults with Learning Disabilities
We are proud to be working with Hertfordshire-based charity, Always Bee You, to support them in the launch, development and ongoing support of their new coffee shop in Ware. Always Bee You offer a wide range of social and work opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues, supporting them to access the opportunities, skills and support they need to live fulfilled lives.
